These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NPN Dash mobile application (“the App”), provided by NPN Classics, MB (“we”, “our”, or “us”).


By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.


1. Description of the App

NPN Dash is a companion application designed to connect to compatible NPN Classics hardware device via Bluetooth.

The App allows users to:

  • monitor service interval data
  • configure hardware device settings
  • control dashboard LED and shift light behavior

The App is intended to be used with compatible hardware and may have limited functionality without it.


2. Hardware Requirement

Full functionality of the App requires a compatible NPN Classics hardware device.

We are not responsible for:

  • incompatibility with unsupported hardware
  • incorrect installation or use of third-party hardware devices


3. No Account Required

The App does not require user registration or account creation.

Data used by the App is stored locally:

  • on your mobile device (e.g., app settings, device names)
  • on the connected hardware device (e.g., configuration and service data)


4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose.

You must not:

  • attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
  • use the App in a way that may result in improper or unintended behavior of the connected hardware device
  • use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations


5. Safety Disclaimer

The App is intended for informational and configuration purposes only.

The App is not a safety-critical system and must not be relied upon for vehicle safety decisions.

You are responsible for:

  • ensuring safe vehicle operation at all times
  • complying with all traffic laws and regulations

Do not interact with the App while driving if it may distract you.

We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of the App or hardware.


6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any configuration settings applied via the App.

Incorrect or inappropriate configuration may affect the behavior of the connected hardware device.


7. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the App will always function without errors
  • the App will be compatible with all mobile devices
  • the App will meet all user expectations


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPN Classics, MB shall not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • loss of data or malfunction of your mobile device or the connected hardware device
  • issues arising from misuse of the hardware device or incorrect configuration applied via the App


9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
