What the app does.
NPN Dash connects directly to compatible NPN Classics replacement boards via Bluetooth. It allows you to monitor service intervals, configure system behavior and customize instrument cluster LED functionality.
Service Interval Management
Keep track of Oil Change, Inspection and AUX service intervals in real time. The app reads data directly from the hardware and shows the remaining distance until service is due.

Shift Light Control
Configure the shift light behaviour on your BMW dashboard. Set RPM thresholds, choose how the LEDs activate and select the display mode.

- Set RPM thresholds — start, mid and max RPM
- Choose display mode: BAR or POINT
- Set cylinder count (4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12)
- Configure blink frequency and blink LED mask
LED Settings
Adjust brightness levels for service indicators, shift light and showcase mode separately. Select the LED board type to match your hardware.

Device Management

Hardware Operates Independently
The NPN Classics device stores and runs service intervals and shift light configuration on its own — the phone is not required for the hardware to function.

The Showcase tab lets you trigger LED sequences and visual effects directly on the instrument cluster without the vehicle running. Useful for testing LED functionality and verifying correct operation after installing an NPN Classics replacement board or changing configuration settings.
