Return & Refund Policy

(Compliant with Lithuanian Civil Code and EU Consumer Rights Directive)

1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods, for any reason and without giving a justification.

How to exercise this right:

  • Notify us before the 14-day period expires.
  • Use our Contact Form or the Model Withdrawal Form included below.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision.
  • Unless otherwise specified, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a physical store).

2. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the items are:

  • Unworn/unused, with all tags attached
  • In original condition (original packaging is preferred but not mandatory for exercising your legal rights)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This 30-day policy is an extra benefit and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via the Contact Form.
  2. Once approved, we will send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately after receiving the order.
  • We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund.

All goods are covered by a two-year legal guarantee under Lithuanian and EU law.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery

If you are unsure about eligibility, please contact us before purchasing.

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to receive another product is to return the original and place a new order after your return is accepted.

7. Refunds

  • We will refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return.
