Shipping policy


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
  • If an item is out of stock, on backorder, or a special order, the estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks.
  • You will be notified by email if your order is delayed.

2. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped from Lithuania (European Union) via the Lithuanian Postal Service or courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL, etc.
  • All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Europe: approx. 1–2 weeks
    • Outside Europe: approx. 2–5 weeks (depending on destination)
  • Express Shipping: approx. 2–5 business days

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
